1 Assess your application

 

We will check your application details at this stage. If there is any problem, we will contact you by email. If we believe that your application can't be submitted to WorkSafe VIC, we will issue a refund (a $15 admin fee will be deducted from the refund).

2 Submit your application to WorkSafe Victoria

 

Once we complete assessing your application, we will submit your application to WorkSafe Victoria. You will be notified by email at this stage. No refund will be given once we have submitted your application to WorkSafe Victoria.

3 Get your white card

 

Your new white card will be issued by WorkSafe VIC. Usually, it will take around 2-3 weeks for delivery. You can keep using your Red Card on the job site until receiving your new white card. If you need to get early access to your white card number (e.g. for owner builder application), please contact us by sending email to admission@origin.edu.au
