How to receive your WA white card:
For Online Virtual Class
Attend the White Card training with Origin Institute,
Receive your Statement of Attainment (SOA) from Origin Institute on the same day of course completion. Immidiate white card number available,
Receive your official Western Australia white card.
For Online Self-Paced Learning
Complete all required online learning modules and assessments with Origin Institute at your own pace,
Wait for our assessors to review and mark your work. Marking will be completed within five (5) business days.
If all assessments are marked as Competent, your Statement of Attainment (SOA) and white card number will be issued within three (3) business days,

Valid photo ID:
You must hold a valid Photo ID.
Statement of Attainment and White Card can not be issued if a participant does not provide a valid photo ID. An overseas driver's licence is not acceptable.
Evidence to show that you are located in Western Australia:
Origin Institute only issue WA white card to candidates who provide evidence that they are located in Western Australia at the time of the assessment for the CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry unit of competency.
Evidence can include:
Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence
Current Western Australian learner driver’s permit
Current Western Australian Student Identification
Recent utilities invoice with a Western Australia address and the name of the person to whom the CIT card will be issued
Western Australian Construction Industry Training Fund payment eligibility
Western Australian postal address to which the CIT card is to be posted.
Rights to study in Australia:
To study this course, you must be legally entitled to live and work in Australia.
All participants must provide valid proof of residency, such as a VEVO check, Australian passport, government-issued Medicare Card, or other official documents confirming entitlement to work or study in Australia.

How long does it take to get my WA White Card?
Origin Institute will issue you a Statement of Attainment (SOA) as temporary proof of completion until your White Card arrives. The SOA remains valid for 60 days, although most physical White Cards are delivered within 30 days. If you do not receive your card within that time, please contact us for assistance.
Can I start working after getting my certificate?
Once you receive your Statement of Attainment (SOA), you can begin working right away. In most cases, Origin Institute issues the SOA on the same day you complete your course.
How long will my WA White Card be valid for?
The White Card has no expiry date. However, you must attend another White Card training if you have left the industry for over two consecutive years.
Can I use my WA White Card in other states?
Yes, you can use it anywhere in Australia.
Do you provide WA White Card training to international students?

complete the Learning Competency Assessment (LCA) before the class.
What is the Learning Competency Assessment (LCA)?
The LCA comprises a suitability assessment, language, literacy and numeracy test, and general instruction of our course. It allows us to identify any support needs the student may have.
