CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) The booking date indicates the course intake date only. The $1500 is the non-refundable course deposit. The total course fee is $12,990. The remaining balance is paid over 9 months by direct debit. 66 weeks | 6-9:30 PM Tue and Thu | Clayton face to face or online virtual delivery. Construction site visit is required to complete this course. Course Description: Our CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is designed to meet the needs of builders. This course covers OHS risk management, project risk and quality management, tender documentation, building codes, construction site supervision, structural principles, cost estimations, contractor administration, contract preparation, and more for both commercial buildings and residential projects up to medium rise. Possible career pathway including but not limited to building associate, site supervisor, clerk of works and builder.
