HOW TO APPLY

International Student

Origin Institute welcomes international students to apply directly with us, where our friendly admissions staff offer personalised guidance, assist in preparing application documents, and ensure you understand the Australian Government’s Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements. Alternatively, you may apply through one of our accredited agents.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Find Courses

2. Fill Application Form

Before completing your application form, you should ensure that you fully understand Origin Institute's Course Fees, Student Information Guide, Policies, and Procedures. You can complete the International Student Application Form with the assistance of one of our accredited agents or submit it yourself by downloading the application form and checklist below.

3. Prepare Supporting Documents

You will need to prepare all of your supporting documents. To ensure prompt processing of your application, please review the International Student Application File Checklist (the Checklist) carefully before submission.

  • Make sure all required documents are completed.

  • Make sure documents are certified as required by the Checklist.

  • The Statement of Purpose (SOP) is prepared in accordance with the GTE requirements.

  • An Official English translation must accompany documents in a language other than English.

4. Submit Application

You can submit your application through either one of our accredited recruitment agents or Origin Institute's online application portal. Your application should include both the Application Form and all of your supporting documents. The application fee must be paid before we start assessing your application.

5. Receive Offer Letter

Upon receipt of your application and application fee, Origin Institute will notify you whether you have been accepted.

If you are NOT accepted, you will be notified.

If you are accepted, we will forward a Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement to you. The Letter of Offer will highlight the fee schedule and any additional document and conditions to accept your offer. You will need to fill out and sign the Acceptance Agreement and return with all required additional documentation.

6. Payment

Once you've signed the Acceptance Agreement, you can make an initial deposit payment into our nominated bank account as shown on your Letter of Offer.

7. CoE and Visa

Upon receipt of your required payment as specified in the Fee Schedule and all necessary documents, we will forward an official Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) to you. This document will enable you to apply for a student visa at Australian Embassies and Consulates abroad to enter Australia. You will also have to attend our orientation before class starts.
