Important Information for Class Booking
1. COMPLETE ENROLMENT BEFORE YOUR CLASS Enrolment Tasks must be completed in your Online Learning Platform (OLP) account before attending your class. Once the booking is completed, we will provide email instructions for Online Learning Platform sign-up. You will complete the Enrolment Form, ID Upload, and Learning Competency Assessment tasks step by step. The Learning Competency Assessment comprises general course instruction and language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) tests. All students enrolling in any Origin Institute course must have LLN skills to do simple calculations and understand English well enough to read, write, and respond verbally to questions in English. 2. ATTENDANCE Please attend your class on time. Entry may be refused if a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time. All participants must make sure they come to the correct class location. The class address is available in the Booking Summary and Booking Confirmation Email. The address on Google Maps may not be accurate, as we have multiple class locations in some suburbs. 3. PHOTO ID Please bring your original Photo ID. Photo ID will be verified at the beginning of your class. We cannot issue an assessment outcome if a participant doesn’t have a proper Photo ID. 4. UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI) All participants attending nationally recognised training must have a USI. If you don’t have a USI, you can get one from www.usi.gov.au. 5. COURSE INTRODUCTION Name: Traffic Controller (Stop-Slow Bat) Course Unit: RIIWHS205E - Control traffic with the stop-slow bat. Duration: 1 day or 7 hours + break.
